The SolFood Kitchen

The SolFood Kitchen is a wellness café located in Augusta’s Surrey Center. The calm and welcoming atmosphere creates the perfect environment to relax and enjoy a meal.

They focus on preparing farm fresh, healthy food. The menu is full of vegan and vegetarian options but not exclusively. There are a few options that include meat like their Big Dill turkey sandwich or prime strip steak.

The SolFood Kitchen is open for lunch and dinner service Tuesday through Saturday and they serve brunch on Saturdays from 11 am until 3 pm.

Try one of their fresh grain bowls like the Bibimbap Bowl or Cuban Bowl for lunch. Or if you’re dining for dinner you can’t go wrong with the Butternut Squash Lasagna, Maple-Miso Salmon or the Smoked Harissa Cauliflower.
